Reiki is an ancient and natural method of healing rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan during the early 20th Century. Reiki (meaning 'Universal Energy') is a flowing life force energy that is transferred through the practitioner's hands into the client's body and aura.
I offer traditional ‘Usui’ Reiki as well as Trans~Reiki (Transformational Reiki) which uses healing alongside relaxation, guided journeys and hypnotherapy techniques, Angelic and ThetaHealing.
During the session you will be fully clothed and you will take in only as much energy as you need. Reiki can help you to relax, release energy blockages that lead to illness and take control of your own healing process. These sessions are wonderful for invoking a feeling of inner peace and can be safely used alongside other therapies and conventional medicines. Reiki is a gentle energy that can be safely used throughout pregnancy, with babies, children and animals.
