Who is Reiki 1 suitable for?
Reiki 1 is the first and most important Reiki course a person can take as it attunes the participant to the healing energy of the universe. This first healing attunement can transform and inspire. It is complete within itself, creating change and movement in life. Reiki 1 is suitable for anyone who has an interest in holistic therapies and healing, from the complete novice to experienced therapists.
Many people find their lives are transformed in the most beautiful way with Reiki. For me it was just the beginning and opened my eyes to the energy that surrounds us. It felt like I had awoken after a long sleep and I couldn't wait to learn more!
Reiki 1 focuses on self healing of the physical body and this healing energy can also be safely used on family, friends and pets! This course is a prerequisite for the Level 2 practitioner course that can be taken 6 months later.
Course outline will include:
The five principles of Reiki
