Although I always recognised that I had a natural psychic ability I had very little interest in the metaphysical until I moved to a new house and starting experiencing psychic phenomenon first hand ten years ago.
As a child I had lived in several houses with ghostly, strange happenings and been told like many others, by loving parents that it was ‘just my imagination’ and to ‘cover my eyes’. As a result I grew up being very fearful and suffered intense migraines.

Some of the experiences in my new home were so terrifying that I was too scared to sleep at night and jumpy all day. I felt I had two choices, either go to my doctor and claim I was ‘mad’ or speak to a ‘psychic’ and embrace what was happening to me. I chose the latter.

One day I was sitting on my sofa and just had the feeling that I needed to be practicing Reiki. I had no idea what this was or where the idea was coming from. I was looking inside myself for the answers to my pain. Within a few months I had found a Reiki master and had been attuned to Reiki. I never looked back. Reiki opened up a whole new way of sensing the world and experiencing the energy around me.

Reiki helped me to safely develop my healing skills and psychic awareness with a wonderful group of spiritually, like minded people and to gain control over my own fear. I was taught how to protect my sensitivity and not to be afraid of the unseen world that runs parallel to our own, but instead to embrace this with wonder. I carried out self healing and was keen for other people tp experience this wonderful healing energy for themselves. Reiki forms the basis for all my healing sessions and has the ability to transform and inspire!
